BLACK’S TIRE & AUTO SERVICE CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT NETS RECORD $109,110 FOR BOYS AND GIRLS HOMES OF NC

Locally owned Black’s Tire & Auto Service held its 16th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit the Boys and Girls Homes of NC. The tournament was held at Aberdeen Country Club in Longs, SC and brought teams from across the country together to raise money for the Homes.

Black’s Tire staff from their 30+ locations in North and South Carolina worked together to plan and execute the event. This year the tournament raised $109,110, bringing the total donated since the inception of the tournament to nearly $700,000.

Ricky and Dianne Benton and their three sons own and operate Black’s Tire & Auto Service, named 2015 Tire Dealer of the Year by Modern Tire Dealer. Because of the Benton family’s tremendous passion for helping others, the Boys and Girls Homes of NC are better able to meet the needs of the children they serve.
