Cheers to Black’s Tire Service on Eastern Boulevard. I tried to rotate the tires I had purchased from them myself and couldn’t because the lugs had been put on too tightly. I took my truck back to them to have them rotated. Upon removing the front tires, they discovered the brake pads were completely shot. Due to some mechanical issues getting the tires rotated, they also replaced the front pads at no charge! I will continue to do business with them for a very long time.
