I was passing through SC when I had a major issue with our vehicle. Was too late to get to a shop so we were stuck for a day and a half until Monday morning. I can't thank Paul and the guys at Black's enough for their amazing service and for being so honest and fair, especially knowing our situation stranded and at the mercy of strangers. They took care of me first thing Monday, Didi great work at a fair price and we were able to get back on the road. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks to Paul and the crew!
Excellent service and support!!! I needed 2 new front tires on my Class-A RV and only 1 day to get them replaced. Everyone jumped in and they provided SAME DAY MOBILE SERVICE. Chuckie came to my RV site, removed the damaged tires, and installed the new ones within a couple of hours. He was outstanding! It is very refreshing to find real customer service still exists! A group of us took my camper to Myrtle Beach for the American Legion Riders Romp. When we got to our campsite the next morning I noticed while three of my tires needed replacing just from age and sitting. We called up and before we knew it Chuckie and Mason were there to install four new tires right there on site! Not only were they professional but they were fast, and very friendly! Their prices were great and they had military discount in addition to it! They made it to us right away. They saved us a bunch of time as it would have been a total nightmare for us to try and do on our own without proper equipment. We couldn’t have been more impressed with both Chuckie and Mason. My family travels to Myrtle beach often and I will never hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone else with a camper. Thank you again!
