Mike was the best! I Was from out of town and had a tire that needed to be replaced . Black’s Time on Bordeaux Park Drive , Fayetteville was the only tire place that would work with my warranty insurance to minimize my cost. They went out of their way to help me out and I very much appreciate it. Thank you Mike King and crew!!
Just wanted to say “thank you” again to the folks here at Black’s Tire…who were very polite and professional, I needed a tire repair, it was 4:30 in the afternoon and these folks got me in and out in no time!
We recently visiting our son who is the military at Fort Liberty. We were about to leave and found the left rear tire low. The staff got us in right of way, patched the tire and got us back on the road. I cannot thank everyone enough. The whole staff was so pleasant. Chuckle came to my house to repair my golf cart tire he was unable to plug the hole so he took the tire back to the shop and fixed it and returned. He did a great job!
We were very impressed with the service we received from your company and the mobile repair person, Chuckie. He was friendly, helpful and very honest about what needed to be done concerning our travel trailer tire and the screw/bolt that was in it. He arrived earlier than we were told, he called before arriving, and he completed the tire removal and replacement in a timely fashion. He also answered any questions that we had and gave us some valuable information about travel trailer tires. We will definitely be using your service again.
